THE RESTAURANT

We can arrange a package for any time of day – breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, and desserts –our Chef can create a custom menu for you, or you can work from our standard restaurant menu. We provide the flexibility to host a range of food options, from a more formal style sit-down menu or an intimate family gathering, to a stand-up mix/mingle buffet option or business-networking event. We can even do a combination of several styles, all to create a customized event to perfectly suit your needs.

SPECIALTY COFFEE & ESPRESSO BEVERAGES

Why set a limit on your coffee expectations? Not only do we provide fresh locally roasted coffee every day, but our trained baristas can provide a range of menu options for your special event including traditional coffee beverages (i.e. lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas) to our signature specialty coffee beverages and non-coffee alternatives (i.e. Oprah Mocha, Chai Latte, and herbal teas). We can also infuse our bar spirits into your coffees to create magical coffee cocktails. This is a great option to include with business meetings and/or student organizations.

FULL BAR PACKAGE

We offer a full bar ranging from our bar menu of specialty cocktails to local craft beers on draft, to a well suited selection of wines for any occasion. Our creative bartenders can also create specialty cocktails highlighting your private event to make it both magical and memorable. Our bar package can range from an open bar menu to limitations on beer and wine only; the choice is completely up to you.

LIVE MUSIC VIA OUR JAZZ CLUB

Beyu Caffe is the hottest place to hear live jazz in downtown Durham, and our music is a great way to add a memorable and magical experience to your event! We have had the privilege of having several notable artists grace the Beyu stage ranging from Grammy award winners Branford Marsalis and Roy Hargrove, to Grammy nominated and national recording artists, Dionne Farris, Carolyn Malachi, Nnenna Freelon, John Brown, and Cyrus Chestnut. We can tailor your special event during one of our live jazz nights, or arrange a band to perform during your event based on our Rolodex of talented musicians.

Our chefs, baristas and bartenders will work with you to create menus that perfectly suit the needs of your event – whether you are looking for the laid back, open bar atmosphere of a wedding reception; the smaller more intimate birthday celebration; or the more formal business meeting venue.
