OUR WEATHER POLICY

 

All shows at Beyu Caffe are ‘Rain or Shine’ events. Only in extreme weather are shows canceled or postponed; however, rain and snow are not considered extreme weather. Beyu Caffe is contractually obligated to pay the artists unless weather conditions prevent the artist from performing. It is important to note that shows are almost never cancelled in advance due to forecasted weather conditions, so you should always plan to arrive on time. If a weather-related cancellation does occur, we will contact patrons through an Eventbrite email blast and post updates to Twitter and Facebook. Refunds will only be issued if the venue cancels the event.
